Victor Parker served as the Deputy, Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Field Operations. In this role he provided policy guidance and oversight to the Regional Administrators and District Directors in implementing SBA goals and objectives. He was responsible for solving problems in specific operational areas, establishing and monitoring performance goals for the districts, serving as a liaison and expediting issues for the regions and districts in dealing with higher headquarters. Mr. Parker was responsible for the SBA’s 68 field District Offices which are the point of delivery for most SBA programs and services.
