Esteven Gamez is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, media host, and advocate for Hispanic and diverse-owned businesses. As CEO & Founder of Keen Social, he has spent more than 15 years helping brands understand and authentically connect with Hispanic audiences through multicultural marketing, research, digital strategy, and community engagement.
A former President of the Long Beach LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, Esteven brings firsthand experience in chamber leadership, economic development, and building connections between diverse entrepreneurs, corporations, and community partners. He is also co-founder of JLE Ventures, expanding that work into new industries and business opportunities.
As the host of Esteven on the Radio, he has also used media and storytelling to spotlight people, businesses, culture, and conversations that shape the communities around him.
As Director of Economic Development, Esteven is focused on strengthening Southern California’s Hispanic business community and expanding access to relationships, resources, procurement opportunities, and organizations seeking to do business with Hispanic entrepreneurs.
