Angélica S. Gutiérrez, Ph.D. was born and raised in the Los Angeles community of Lincoln Heights. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.P.P. in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she was elected as the school’s Executive Committee student representative and served as the student voice on all university matters.

Vice President of Development
The Business and Job Resources Center, Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), provides assistance to the business community by collaborating and participating with business organizations to increase awareness of procurement opportunities at LAWA. As the Business Outreach Coordinator, Rose, accomplishes this goal by serving and supporting many business organizations. She has received numerous awards for her participation in these organizations.

Vice President of Access to Capital
Mr. Tejada’s 10 years of business experience has spanned advisory responsibilities within the Fortune 100, his own ventures and extensive involvement with Southern California's entrepreneurial community.
ChairmanCarlos Galvan, Jr. has been involved with business virtually all his life. He is currently the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of La Amapola, Inc., a family-owned business who operate grocery stores in the cities of Los Angeles, Downey and (opening in September 2009) Paramount, CA.

Sandy is a graduate of an exclusive program sponsored by Wells Fargo. The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business - Non Profit Management.
